Shipping and returns policy

Deliveries:

We deliver to several European countries (France, Switzerland, Belgium, etc.). As well as in the world.

Our parcels circulate with La Poste in France, BPost in Belgium, SwissPost in Switzerland...etc. We do not work with relay points.

Once your order has been validated, it takes 48 hours to prepare the order and on average 4 to 10 working days for delivery in France.

Delivery in Europe can take up to 15 working days and delivery in other countries of the world such as Canada, United States...etc. may take up to 18 business days.

You will receive notification emails to let you know where your package is.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Totallyhoney , we do our best to keep our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you will not encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within the hour. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, email us at contact@totallyhoney.com as soon as possible.

A large majority of items in stock are processed within the hour, it is imperative that you contact us within 1 hour after ordering, so that we can cancel your order before it is processed and / or shipped.

No request to cancel your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.

Address errors:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to inform us of any modification. The latter can only be carried out if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In the latter cases, these parcels can be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you a refund of your order less postage and other restocking costs or we will offer you a reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or reimbursement of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

Return policy :

Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form . Sign it then send it with your package to the address we will give you when you write to our support.

Please do not return products to our head office addresses or partner warehouses without contacting us first.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Any item that is not in its original condition and packaging

* Any item that is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased through gift-listing platforms and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.

Others

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.

If you receive a credit note, it will correspond to the amount you paid. If you notify us that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product less postage and other restocking costs.

If you want an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.
